RS Technology Resources was created to provide home and small business users a resource for personal computing hardware and software needs. Additionally, RS Technology Resources is able to provide an inexpensive source for creating and producing multimedia productions to meet your business or personal needs.

RS Technology Resources was founded by Rick Smith. Rick retired from John Deere after 33 years in Product Design and Information Technology management. During this time, Rick acquired much "hands on" experience with Windows operating systems, and many Microsoft software packages, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, and several web based solutions. Additionally, Rick spent considerable time learning and using personal computers at home, which evolved into acquiring the necessary hardware and software to create and produce DVDs using photo, video, audio and text elements. This expertise has been used to support many sport related Waterloo West High School activities, wedding highlights, recruiting dvds and special event presentations.

In creating this technology resource, Rick hopes to provide a less expensive and more personalized alternative for computer help, and a source for putting together memorable presentations for your special events.
